本案企圖在自然資源極為豐富的台北近郊新店山上，提出一種空間的策略，一種既能滿足銷售行為的展演與期待，同時又能夠尊重自然與環境永續的平衡策略，以及反省空間專業者在這個產業環節裡，對於自然環境所能深化的一種態度與堅持。

首先，臨時建築的結構行為以"杆欄式"的主要概念進行，除了主要落柱進行簡易基礎外，不針對基地內的山坡地進行大規模的挖填方與整地，反而是順著坡度進行量體的錯層配置，尊重原有的地形地貌與水土保持，將建築行為對於環境的破壞性降到最低。

其次，所有空間量體避開原有的原生喬木配置，讓原生植物與大自然的山景變成是空間的主角，透過框景與景深的手法互換主客體，建築物只是配角，整個自然環境才是主角。

另外，配合山區濕冷的氣候特性，採用大面積的活動開窗，冬天可引進大量的光線與熱能，夏天可開啟讓微氣流形成自然的對流通風，減少建築物對空調的依賴，進而減少能源的消耗。

This proposal attempts to produce a space strategy in natural resource-rich Mountain near Xindian, the suburbs of New Taipei City, which not only intends to contain marketing demonstration and expectancy but also tries to get balance in respecting nature restore and sustainable development. Furthermore it reflects the space expert’s attitude and persistence in deepening the natural environment through self-reflection in this industry links.

First of all, the structure of temporary buildings constructs with "Stilt Style Architecture “conception. To respects the original topography and soil conservation, except the main column has simple foundation, the hillside of base does not have extensive excavation and grading, on the contrary, the building mass builds along the slope, which minimizes the influence to the environmental disruption of building behavior.

Secondly, let native plants and natural landscape to be the protagonist of the space, and all the spatial building mass avoid the original growing of the native arbors. Through the exchange of enframed scenery and depth of field between the subject and the object, the building is just a supporting role, and the really leading role is entire natural environment.

In addition, using large movable windows, since to coordinate the clammy climatic characteristics of mountain, can lead a lot of light and thermal in winter also can make airflow become natural ventilation. This method can reduce the dependence on air conditioning of building, moreover, decreases the consumption of energy.
