「默」

一個人，熄燈後，入睡前的時刻。

夜復一夜，在靜默的黑暗中我們獨自面對著什麼？糾纏著令人無法入睡的又是什麼？可能是恐懼、不安、喜悅、興奮、悲傷、迷惑、不甘、憤怒、想念，也可能是塵封久遠的記憶亦或是生活當下的壓力。

藝術家林君孟本次在好思當代的展覽—「默」，持續以帽飾為媒材，探索人、物、記憶與情感之間的關係，試圖在黑暗靜默中面對自我進行提問。

“Stillness”
Alone, light off, before falling asleep

One after another, what do we encounter in the still darkness of the night? What entangles us and stops us from sleeping? It may be due to fear, anxiety, joy, excitement, confusion, struggle, anger, and some kind of longing; or, a hidden memory from the past, and the stress from the moment of living.

The exhibition “Stillness,” which artist Winnie Lin brings to Haohous this time, uses headpiece as materials, aiming to explore the relations among mankind, objects, memory and emotions and raise questions of our own existence in silence and darkness.

藝術家簡介

林君孟Winnie Lin

林君孟(Winnie Lin)生於台北，1997年從事服裝設計工作至今。先後畢業於實踐大學及英國倫敦藝術大學時尚學院(UAL-London College of Fashion)，主修女裝。2008年成立手工帽工作室，並多次返英學習英國傳統製帽技術，為台灣當代西洋高級訂製手工女帽先驅。2011年開始投入劇場創作，由人物塑造為出點，運用西洋製帽技巧打造各類型角色的整體造型視覺，其劇場服裝設計作品亦代表台灣入圍《世紀之交的服裝設計》展，於莫斯科巴克羅許州立中央戲劇博物館（A.A. Bakhrushin State Central Theatre Museum）展出。

2013年獲得首屆中國國際帽飾設計大賽金獎，2015年成立同名品牌。主要劇場作品包括：李清照私人劇團「作淫愁上－初飛花瑪莉訓子」、「作淫愁下－猶自羞駝男盜令」、「曹七巧」；滅劇場「蠱惑」、「別境」；莫比斯圓環創意公社的「音噪城市」、「守夜者」；兩廳院2013新點子舞展舞法表達楊維真「泡泡旅社」；同黨劇團「懷疑」、「白水」。

About the Designer:
Winnie Lin completed her degrees of fashion design in Taiwan (Shih Chien University) and in the UK (LCF-University of Arts London). She launched herself as a milliner in Taiwan in 2008. Winnie Lin also won the Gold Medal in China's First International Hat Design Competition in 2013.

Lin enjoys exploring new possibilities and taking challenges in interdisciplinary arts with her millinery skills and her feminine characteristic. She has been dedicated in costume design for theatres since 2011. Her works including “The Coy Hunchback Steals His Maternal Decree”, “Marie Educates His Son at Virgin Flower Falling”,“Ciao, Chi Chao”(Theatre Company of LeeQingZhao the Private), “The lives of P”, “Distortion City”(Mobius Strip Theatre), “The Hotel Bubbles”(Wu-Fa-Biao-Da Contemporary Dance Troupe), “Realm of Trance” , “Seduction”(Mie Theatre) , “Doubt” and “The Legend of White Snake” (The party Theatre Group). Her design for Hu Chia Dance theatre has been showcased in Costume at 《COSTUME AT THE TURN OF THE CENTURY 1990-2015》 by OISTAT Costume Design Group in Bakhrushin State Central Theatre Museum in 2015.
