海玥餐廳採用開放式的佈局和互動式的廚房，並以原木為材料，旨在營造一個雅致舒適的環境，反映一種輕鬆優悠的生活方式。同時，我們特意採用落地大玻璃窗來引入明媚的陽光，令餐廳倍感開揚明亮，寬敞舒適；客人更可兼享壯麗海景和美味佳餚，頓感開懷寫意。

海玥台更是一個融入自然的逍遙天地，誠邀來賓在此完全放鬆，享受悠閒。大可一邊享用一杯特色雞尾酒，一邊欣賞紅日落入海平線的浪漫時刻；又或一邊在璀璨星空下淺嚐小吃，一邊細聽海浪拍岸的旋律。

海玥餐廳的營業時間是每天早上6時30分至晚上10時，可容納160位客人同時用膳；而海玥台更可款待200位賓客之多。

Café bord de mer

Located in Auberge Discovery Bay, Café bord de Mer reflects an oasis of calm and a dignified lifestyle. Since the site lies within the coastal zone, the design objective is to create a relaxing and serene dining space that showcased the spectacular waterfront as a principal feature of its design and style.

To maximize the dramatic view of South China Sea, the restaurant is designed with the full-length windows that framed in all-natural components, inviting sunlight to stream in. Flooded with natural light this unusual setting imbues the dining experience with a seaside holiday romance.

The dining area is fresh and spacious with an open idea layout, interactive cooking stations and timber finishes. Part of the ceiling is topped with missive wood blinds, which has been extended to the windows. It creates an attractive effect, splitting up and scattering the sun rays. Meanwhile, the wood blinds idea is applied to the decorative partitions which generate a vivid temperament.

The artistic feature columns are the signature of the restaurant. The concept comes up with the tradition of “Message in a Bottle”, that is, people put a message in a bottle, and tossed it into the ocean. The feature columns appear to be rolls of letter papers tiding with a metal string, it also presents fascinating lighting effect which highlights the surfaces of the columns.

Beyond the eatery is a causal and family friendly lounge bar. The décor is cozy yet modern with soft carpet, wooden wine shelves and bookshelves, a marble-countertop bar and a light touch of blue accent. Guests can relax in soft leather sofas with shell-themed cushions. The outdoor terrace is designed to bring diners closer to nature.

The space also features many nature-inspired elements including lightwood furnished tables and floors, natural shell displays on the dining tables and food menus made with hard wood covers.

This luxurious restaurant provides a mixture of holiday style and relaxed coastal atmosphere that is difficult to come by. It is indeed a wonderful escape from the reality.
