EMC Architectura-Casa Bahia住宅內外空間的無限開放

雖然也介紹過不少開放式的住宅案件，但能一眼眺望門前海灣、島嶼和火山岩景觀的住宅到是第一次。除了羨慕外，也想著設計師是如何地構想能讓住宅空間有著無死角的環繞視野設計，而在由建築師事務所EMC Architects所設計的Casa Bahia住宅，呈現出了這種無限可能。

將住宅空間延伸至地景之中並非是事務所的唯一目的，在能夠儘情欣賞四周海灣景象外，室內獨特空間的體驗也是設計的重點。無?際的水池映射了海灣的景色，住宅也如同飄浮在水池面上，從室內的各角度皆能一覽水池及四周綠植被景色。室內外如同開放成一體的空間設計上，在必要時仍能以大面窗作為隔離並開啟空調系統。室內的客廳也特地規劃為南北方向以利微風的流動以降低空調的使用量。

綠化也是Casa Bahia住宅的設計重點之一。因此在一樓處設計了綠植被的牆面及花園式規劃，也增加了些許隱密性；而二樓處也設計了綠植被的景觀元素。在節能的規劃上，事務所則透過太陽能板來加熱所需的熱水，並設計能收集雨水的設施用以灌溉，讓Casa Bahia住宅成為名符其實的綠建築。

With 80 meters of front overlooking the bay , islands and volcanoes landscape.

Having this spectacular scenery and an extensive program we focused not only in locating the spaces overlooking the bay view, but also in making the stay around the house an experience. We floated the house on a mirror of water that becomes an endless pool and then mimics the bay. The water surrounding the house can be viewed from any position on the inside. Although the circulation is linear passing from decks to float steps aisles with green or sculptures with great openness. The living spaces are transparent, but can be closed to have separate air conditioners. The social areas are open to the north and south, leaving the breeze penetrate and reduce the need for air conditioning.

The freshness of the house was reinforced on slabs with gardens, which provide excellent insulation; besides providing a scenic element to the second level.

We considered solar panels to heat water, rained water will be collected and stored for irrigation, making the house a green project
