在中國遼寧鱍魚圈地區除了由Dushe Architectural Design（上海都設建築設計有限公司）所設計富有現代感外觀的鱍魚圈保利大劇院（Bayuquan Poly Theatre）外，DSD也在大劇院一旁設計了一座就像是兩本書疊放而成外型的鱍魚圈圖書館（Bayuquan library），其實這樣的外形就是Dushe Architectural Design起始設計時的構想，而這樣的排列正好也提供了最佳的景觀視野。
圖書館主要由三個區塊組成，包括了二層樓高的基礎區塊、三樓的懸臂空間及一處連接區塊。屋頂處規劃了戶外活動空間，三樓懸臂閱讀空間的大片落地窗不但讓看書的民眾能在休息時一覽市區全景，更能引進明亮的自然光線。為了施工上的方便，鱍魚圈圖書館則使用了與鱍魚圈保利大劇院類似的建築材料及施工方式。
在鱍魚圈保利大劇院東北方的營口文化廣場上，Dushe Architectural Design也特別設計了一座高36公尺的旗塔（Flag Tower），高度比大劇院稍高，其流線的外表可用來降低大部份的風阻。旗塔依黃金比例分割成三段，旋轉45度有著LED螢幕的中段部份則面對著主要大街。旗塔主要由環形中空的鋼材組合而成，外表並覆上一層穿孔的鋁板，而這樣的外觀設計也與大劇院的外觀相呼應；更有人比喻大劇院波浪般的外表如同是海洋，而旗塔就像是相對應的燈塔或是帆船一般。

Bayuquan library is another project designed by DSD in Bayuquan near Bayuquan Theatre. The idea of this design was from two rotated books. And the rotated blocks provide a best view. The library is mainly made up of 3 parts including the basement block containing 2 levels, the cantilever (3rd floor) and the connection. The roof of the lower block provide exterior space for outdoor activities. In order to have a better view inside, the cantilever employs a full curtain wall. Additionally, the triangular atrium ensures enough daylight of the reading room.
The library use the similar material and construction strategy as the theatre.
Flag Tower of Yingkou Culture Plaza is on the north-east of Bayuquan Poly Theatre. The tower is 36 meters high, a little bit higher than the theatre. The fusiform section of the tower ensures least wind friction. The section is 5 meters long and 2 meters wide at its widest part. The flag tower is separated at golden ratio into three parts and the middle part is rotated 45 degrees facing the main street for LED screen installation. The flag tower is mainly constructed by round-hollow steel columns and covered by aluminum perforated plates which are highly consistent with the theatre's facade. It is considered that the laconic shape of the tower resembles a light tower or a sailboat in the sea abstracted from the weaving facade of the theatre.
