設計緣由：靈感來自齒輪運轉，設計師希望設計造型現代俐落，互動性高的燈款。利用兩片齒輪轉動，帶動燈體運作來達到調整的目的。讓使用者用燈時不僅是開與關，還有更進一步連結人與物體間的關係。

理念：大環境下的我們，都是片齒輪彼此帶動、運轉著。日復一日的轉動，有時會讓人對生活麻木掉，失去熱情；有時會忽略，身邊那些愛我們，受我們牽動影響的人。
More than a lamp, 是PLANET 設計初衷。注入互動的概念，讓燈光環繞著幸福，讓設計存在生活周遭，PLANET 除了是使用者的玩伴，當你轉動它時，也是個提醒：別忘了關心一下身邊愛你的人！

功能：3000K的暖光LED燈加上柔和效果的反射罩，讓PLANET 產生的光線不僅不刺眼，更彷彿是月光，均勻而溫柔。
尾部圓形部分，是調光式觸碰開關，具備亮度記憶功能。用電安全上考量，關燈時若連結電源，開關周圍亮起橘光，提醒用戶接電中。
除了轉動齒輪部位，以達到適合的使用高度，燈罩可上下左右微幅轉動，中間支撐桿的旋鈕，鬆開則可以調整燈桿跨距。
此外，壁燈的三角支架具水平轉動功能，達到照明範圍最大化，兼具設計美感與實用考量。

創新點：結合LED技術與機械結構，加上簡約設計，讓一盞燈可以輕鬆把玩，將人、物、科技、實用功能、美學設計一併結合。

美感：呼應齒輪的造型，以圓形作為整盞燈的元素，除了頭部燈罩、中間齒輪、尾巴開關，其餘部分保持細膩的俐落感，搭配金屬配色，完成現代簡約風貌。

Designer Chen has developed the idea of gear lamp for years. It is not until this year that the collection appears complete and ready to be launched.

Inspired by movements of gears, Chen wanted to design a highly interactive lamp which is combined with cutting edge technology and a sleek modern look.
Using flat 3000K LED and a reflector as honey-comb shade, the light is distributed gently and glare-free whilst the sensor is dimming gradually. The multi-adjustable body parts, such as the shade and arm-length allow users to make the most of it.

Apart from gears and the shade, Chen managed to have rest parts stay slim. Hence he encountered several structural difficulties at developing stage. After almost one year continuous trials, the PLANET finally meets the sustainability criteria, and in the meanwhile appears the same as original design.

The PLANET collection comes with table, wall and floor while copper, brass and stainless steel available.
